How must today’s systems change to meet tomorrow’s demands?

Our systems, economic, political, organisational and cultural, were largely built for a different era, yet we continue to stretch them to meet new demands: innovation, shifting power, declining trust, climate pressure and profound cultural change.

At what point do those systems stop adapting and start constraining what comes next? And what does it take to rethink them, not incrementally, but fundamentally, in line with the world we are now operating in?

I will be joined by Elisabeth Brauer, Fellow at the Atlantic Council, to explore how existing systems are shifting, what it means to build for a new geopolitical reality, and what that means for business, community, and future policy.
