You’re invited to shape the conversation, lead the conversation, and ask your One Question.
Monthly conversations
Monthly, invite-only conversations over breakfast or drinks exploring one question from different perspectives across business, policy, and community, held under the Chatham House Rule to enable honesty and depth.
Monthly critical thinking
A written reflection following each conversation, surfacing hypotheses and sharing the many answers to the One Question, with insight you can share with your team, broader stakeholders, and apply to your own challenges the very next day
Research
Dedicated research in partnership with our data science partner, grounding each question in broader UK-wide perspectives.
The Annual Conversation
Invitations to our flagship One Question Annual Conversation — a full-day, invite-only event that brings together the thinking, perspectives and tensions from across the year to explore and answer our annual question: Is curiosity our greatest power?
It brings together the thinking developed throughout the year, in which conversation consistently translates into greater clarity, better decisions, and opportunity.
The day includes lunch, a drinks reception, and our annual critical thinking — a reflection shaped by our research and the many answers that have emerged.
Community
Access to a private member community — a place to stay in the thinking between conversations, continue the discussion, and build relationships over time.
Connection & opportunity
Additional member gatherings and opportunities for introductions.
Your question
The opportunity to explore what your own One Question might be, and with Sarah, seek to answer it.

“For time-pressed leaders navigating uncertainty, One Question’s conversations really matter. Not just because they reflect what’s on the minds of most companies, but because they really address the deeper currents shaping the world outside.”
