This year, we created Your One Question, born from Sarah’s need to build an intimate community and find critical counsel beyond One Question.
Now, more than ever, we need places to tackle our biggest challenges and find real answers, whether in business or life. Your One Question invites eight people—women, men, or mixed groups—to distil their toughest challenges into a single question and explore it over six months.
This isn’t a leadership course or a networking group. It’s a space for honest, thoughtful conversation—a place to think out loud, listen, and discover new inspiration, opportunities, and answers.
In 2025, we’re piloting a female cohort, inviting female leaders who want to make a change—whether it’s returning to work, shifting careers, tackling leadership challenges during uncertainty, building confidence, or exploring a new direction.
Each group brings together women from different industries, ages, and backgrounds to challenge the status quo and spark new learning. It’s for those who want to build a community of like-minded peers who believe real change comes from asking better questions.
Using our methodology, we’ve designed a programme to help you clarify your core values and distil your challenges into a single question.
Each group of eight female leaders meets monthly, rotating between breakfast, lunch, or drinks, to tackle challenges and uncover new answers and opportunities. Online check-ins and progress updates support the journey.
This isn’t about quick fixes or easy answers, it’s about changing how you think, feel, and act.
