Your One Question

What keeps you up at night?

What problem are you trying to solve? What changes would you like to make this year? Where do you find a safe space to seek critical counsel outside your organisation, friendship group or family. To ask questions, challenge assumptions, inspire and be inspired?

This year, we created Your One Question, born out of Sarah’s need to develop an intimate community and critical counsel outside One Question.

More than ever, we need places and spaces to support us in our challenges and answer our questions, whether in business or life. Your One Question invites eight people—men, women, or mixed—to distil their biggest challenges through the lens of a single question and answer it over the course of a year.

This isn’t a traditional leadership course or a networking group. It’s a space for honest, thoughtful conversation—a place to think out loud, listen, and find new inspiration, opportunities, and answers.

Who is it for?

In 2025, we are piloting our female cohort, inviting female leaders looking to make a change—whether returning to work, shifting careers, tackling significant leadership challenges at a time of uncertainty, building confidence and self-worth, or simply exploring a new direction.

Each group brings together people from different industries, ages, and backgrounds, challenging the status quo and sparking unexpected learning. It’s for those who want to build a community of like-minded peers who believe real change comes from asking better questions.

How it works

Using our methodology, we have developed an annual programme to understand your core values and distil your challenges into a single question. Each group of eight female leaders will meet on the same monthly date, rotating between breakfast, lunch, or drinks, to solve our challenges and find new answers and opportunities.

Online check-ins and regular progress updates will support the programme.

This isn’t about quick fixes or easy answers—it’s about shifting how we think, feel, and act.
