Andy was a senior partner at PwC and has worked with many large multi-national businesses in his 30+ year career. For the last 13 years, both in a personal capacity and on behalf of the Firm, Andy has been focused on social mobility issues, ranging from establishing specific work experience programs to how the business community can provide more effective support in helping support individual life journeys. Andy retired from PwC in 2021 but continues his social mobility and social purpose work. He is a co-founder of ESMA, is currently vice chair of Making the Leap, chair of Show your connection, works extensively with Business in the Community, is an ambassador for Digital Poverty Alliance and continues to contribute to thought leadership for a number of working groups.
