One Question was founded by Sarah Parsonage in 2016 with the belief that to solve our business and societal challenges, we need to ask a a different set of questions, questions that enable us to have the right conversation. 

Increasingly, the challenges we face today as leaders, founders, and directors sit outside our organisation. To address these challenges, we need to better understand societal forces on our businesses, our markets, and across market in society.
